E-commerce account manager
About the Role
Our client (an international medtech company) is rebalancing its online model towards stronger direct-to-consumer capabilities.
In this background, we are seeking a commercially driven and digitally savvy e-commerce account manager to accelerate performance across its global e-retail and marketplace ecosystem.
The role will play a key part in enhancing online visibility, customer engagement , and commercial execution across international digital channels.
Blending commercial strategy, e-commerce excellence, partner management, and omnichannel activation , the position is designed for a high-impact profile able to drive scalable growth initiatives across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with local teams to e levate online commercial performance and execution.
Build and support strategic growth plans with key e -retailers and marketplace partners .
Optimize digital shelf visibility, merchandising standards, and customer journeys.
Identify and address friction points across the online-to-offline consumer experience.
Lead omnichannel initiatives and coordinate international pilot projects.
Develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices to support market acceleration globally.
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded profile combining:
Strong e-commerce and digital channel expertise,
Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills,
Hands-on experience in cross-functional and international environments,
Solid understanding of marketplaces, e-retail ecosystems, and omnichannel models .
The ideal candidate brings a strong business development mindset, with the ability to influence partners, challenge the status quo, and drive execution in complex international organizations.
Location: London or Europe (remote possible).
