Role Overview: As an FS8 Trainer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, engaging, and effective workout sessions at a soon to open brand new studio. You will be responsible for welcoming members, guiding them through a combination of reformer Pilates, yoga, and strength training exercises, ensuring proper form and technique while motivating and inspiring them to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and instruct group classes and individual sessions incorporating reformer Pilates, yoga, and strength training according to FS8 programming.
  • Provide personalised attention and modifications to accommodate various fitness levels and needs.
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, promoting a sense of community and belonging among members.
  • Monitor members' progress, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
  • Maintain a clean and organised studio space, ensuring all equipment is used safely and correctly.
  • Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and continuously improve your technical knowledge and teaching skills.
