We are looking for a driven and people-focused Assistant Manager to become the face of FS8. Your primary focus will be sales, community engagement, front-of-house excellence, and admin support—with 8–12 hours per week of coaching Reformer Pilates classes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in building strong relationships, creating appealing marketing strategies, and delivering outstanding service at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities- Sales & Member Growth: Drive studio sales by converting leads into members, conducting tours, following up on enquiries, and building excitement around FS8.
- Community Engagement: Create and support initiatives that bring members together, strengthen relationships, and foster a sense of belonging both in-studio and online.
- Front of House Leadership: Be the welcoming, professional, and approachable face of FS8, ensuring every member has a seamless and positive experience.
- Marketing & Promotion: Work with the Studio Manager to design and implement engaging marketing strategies, from local partnerships to digital campaigns.
- CRM & Admin: Manage the studio inbox, track leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and handle daily operational tasks to keep the studio running smoothly.
- Coaching (8–12h/week): Deliver fun, safe, and motivating Reformer Pilates sessions, offering progressions and regressions to suit all fitness levels.
- A certified Reformer Pilates instructor (group class experience preferred).
- Strong background in sales, customer service, or community-facing roles, ideally in the fitness or wellness sector.
- Organised and detail-oriented, confident managing CRM and admin tasks.
- A natural connector—friendly, approachable, and able to quickly build rapport.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about growing a community.
