Location: Buckinghamshire
Our award-winning client is seeking a Reasonable Adjustments Manager to join their company on a part time contract basis. The Reasonable Adjustments Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that learners with specific educational needs receive the appropriate support and resources to ensure assessment parity. The Reasonable Adjustments Manager is responsible for upholding professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines and driving continuous improvement in assessment adjustment practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for complex or escalated reasonable adjustments.
- Support the design of inclusive educational products and collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain up-to-date, industry-aligned policies.
- Liaise with candidates, employers, and training providers to gather evidence and make informed, evidence-based decisions.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and monitor adherence to the Reasonable Adjustments and Access Arrangements policy.
- Define and report on performance metrics for reasonable adjustments, including escalation volumes and policy compliance.
- Analyse assessment data to identify trends and risks, and work with the Professional Standards Accreditation team to improve provider understanding and system performance.
Key skills/requirements:
- Experience interpreting educational assessments to determine the most appropriate support for learners.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Equality Act 2010.
- Knowledge of a variety of educational adjustments.
- Experience of analysing and presenting data.
- Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant PC skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
