Our growing client is looking for a Qualifications Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Team Leader and will be maintaining the database and paper records. You will also be responsible for providing consistently high standards of customer service to all stakeholders through the effective use of processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively respond to all queries related to qualifications via e-mail, web chat and phone, whilst providing consistently high levels of customer service to all stakeholders.
- Archive qualification-related documentation.
- Resolve qualification/examination issues and work closely with key stakeholders to provide a positive customer experience.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills - both verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders.
