Location: Milton Keynes

Our client is seeking an Account Executive to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The account executive will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of projects. The account executive will master the fundamentals of agency life, ensuring internal processes run smoothly and maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers with campaign coordination, project planning, and day-to-day account activity
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal agency teams
  • Manage account administration, including invoices, quotes, timing plans, job setup, and accurate record-keeping
  • Assist with resource booking, scheduling, and updating project trackers to ensure delivery stays on track
  • Support creative development by attending client briefings, documenting feedback, and participating in review meetings
  • Handle operational and financial tasks, including raising supplier POs, maintaining systems such as Synergist, and supporting overall account delivery

Experience:

  • Organised, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
