Our growing client is currently seeking an Event Resourcing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The Event Resourcing Executive will be required to coordinate event resourcing and operations, ensuring the right freelance staff are scheduled and deployed efficiently across a wide range of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and book event staff, including hosts, brand ambassadors, and event setup crew.
  • Coordinate scheduling, mapping, and linking of jobs to drive efficiency, including travel optimisation.
  • Maintain and update freelancer databases, availability, and skill/qualification records.
  • Ensure workers selected have the correct qualifications and training for each role; flag gaps and work with training/standards teams to resolve.

  • Proven experience in events, staffing, or recruitment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
