Paid Media Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Paid Media Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Paid Media Manager will be required to take full ownership of the paid media function, driving strategy, media planning, and hands-on campaign management across multiple client accounts.

Key

Responsibilities: Develop paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and revenue targets.

Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages.

Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency.

Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across search and social platforms.

Continuously monitor performance and optimise towards ROAS and revenue.

Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns.

Analyse performance data and provide clear, commercially focused insights.

Ensure campaigns are driving revenue, not just leads or traffic.

Identify and implement testing strategies to improve results over time.

Key Skills and

Experience: Proven experience managing paid media campaigns.

Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Experience with Linked In Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.

Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement.

Experience analysing data and translating it into clear actions.
