Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own all creative output across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and SHEIN, ensuring content meets platform requirements and eCommerce best practices.
- Oversee the creation of product imagery, A+ Content, videos, infographics, lifestyle imagery, and campaign assets, optimising for customer engagement and conversion.
- Lead the use of AI-powered creative tools to create, enhance, and optimise product images, videos, and marketplace assets in line with Amazon creative guidelines and marketplace best practices.
- Conduct competitive merchandise analysis to identify market trends, creative best practices, and commercial opportunities.
- Advise the business, eCommerce, and marketing teams on merchandise strategy, product presentation, content priorities, and marketplace optimisation opportunities.
- Lead and manage a creative team including Senior Graphic Designers, Graphic Designer Trainees, a Photographer, a Stylist, and offshore designers.
- Plan and allocate team resources, prioritise workloads, and manage creative capacity to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in eCommerce creative, with strong Amazon marketplace expertise.
- Strong understanding of Amazon creative requirements, A+ Content, image compliance standards, and marketplace optimisation techniques.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate and optimise images, videos, and eCommerce content.
- Experience managing and mentoring creative teams.
- Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and ability to advise on merchandise strategy.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
