Key Duties and
Responsibilities: Lead the performance function with a primary focus on paid media across Linked In Ads, Google Ads, and emerging channels.
Set and maintain high standards for campaign architecture, targeting, creative testing, bidding, and measurement.
Drive strategic direction on priority accounts, leading quarterly business reviews and defining future outlooks.
Manage a team of performance directors, leads, and growth marketers, providing coaching and development.
Ensure proactive performance management using AI-enabled systems to optimize client outcomes.
Skills and
Experience: Extensive experience in B2B paid media and demand generation, with agency-side experience essential.
Proven track record managing substantial media budgets with demonstrable improvements in pipeline generation metrics.
Strong background working with Enterprise and high-growth Saa S clients.
Experience leading a performance team and contributing to or owning go-to-market and demand-gen strategies.
Advanced proficiency in Linked In Ads and Google Ads; knowledge of Hub Spot, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
