Location: Bedfordshire

Our client is currently seeking a Training and Standards Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The Training and Standards Executive will support the development, delivery, and administration of training programmes and standards within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and assist in the creation of training content from internal and external resources.
  • Maintain and organise training materials to ensure they are current, accessible, and version-controlled.
  • Support the administration and preparation for training events, both in-person and virtual.
  • Participate in the delivery of training sessions, including e-learning packages.
  • Track and report on training completion, ensuring compliance and flagging non-compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of contractor performance, training, and compliance.
  • Administer training, qualifications, and skills data within the company’s online database, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Support the administration and tracking of training budgets.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience within a fast-paced office environment.
  • Highly organised, efficient, and flexible with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Technically adept with social media platforms and Teams.
  • Experience in events, training, or recruitment is advantageous.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
