Job Description
Our reputable and growing client is currently seeking a Talent Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Talent Supervisor will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across the Talent department, ensuring the function effectively supports the wider business and aligns with organisational objectives.
Key
Responsibilities: Provide overall strategic leadership for the Talent department.
Lead, coach, and develop the Talent team.
Oversee recruitment, freelancer relations, workforce planning, training standards, compliance, and talent operations across the business.
Manage the Talent department budget.
Act as an escalation point for complex workforce and freelancer issues.
Key Skills and
Experience: Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Workforce Planning, or Talent Management within the events, live production, experiential, hospitality, or related industries.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong experience overseeing freelance or contractor workforces.
Highly developed stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Commercially aware with experience managing departmental budgets.
