Our client is currently seeking a Recruiter to join their dynamic Construction desk on a permanent basis. As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment processes and supporting the team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise your strong administration skills to manage and update the database system accurately.
- Conduct interviews and screen new candidates via telephone and face-to-face, ensuring full registration and eligibility checks.
- Source candidates and manage job applications efficiently.
- Support Recruitment Consultants with bookings, account management, and daily administrative tasks.
