Our reputable client is currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Warehouse Operative will be responsible for maintaining and distributing all equipment and assisting the Warehouse Management team to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the stock management system.
- Accurately check all incoming assets and equipment.
- Ensure all stock and assets are located correctly.
- Communicate effectively with all other departments via telephone or email.
- Accurately pick orders and make regular checks to ensure completeness before leaving the warehouse.
- Ensure all equipment returning to the warehouse is checked.
- Load vehicles with appropriate care, attention, and security.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience of working in a distribution warehouse environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Able to work individually or as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
