Location: Leicester
Our well established client is seeking a Children’s Panel Solicitor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. As Children’s Panel Solicitor, you will have the ability to offer clear, practical advice while providing compassionate support. The successful candidate will have strong advocacy experience and a passion for the work you do and the impact this has on society.
Key responsibilities:
- Working across a wide range of childcare legal proceedings including:
- Care proceedings
- EPO’s
- Special guardianship and adoption matters
- Private law applications to include rule 16.4 instructions
- Separate representation of competent children.
Key Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years’ PQE
- Experience across Care proceedings, EPO’s, special guardianship and adoption
