We're partnering with a growing, professional services business that is looking to welcome a friendly, organised and personable Receptionist to become the face of the business. The Role

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly while providing professional front-of-house support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional experience
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing them for client meetings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties and document preparation
