The company is creating a new category in energy. This role will institutionalise how origination is done moving from founder-led execution to repeatable, system-driven performance. This is not a closer role. It is a senior people leader who builds the operating model that makes high-quality origination scalable, predictable, and compliant.

The Role
You will:
- Own both origination motions (business + generator customers)
- Build playbooks, deal reviews, forecasting, SLAs, and contracting pathways
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing origination team
- Partner with the CGO to translate strategy into execution rhythm
- Enable multi-market expansion, starting with the US

- Predictable pipeline quality, velocity, and forecast accuracy
- Clean handoffs and operating cadence across teams
- Clear evidence of team development and raised performance bar
- Strong cross-functional collaboration (Product, Ops, Data, CS)

- Senior people leadership in origination / BD / enterprise sales in fast-growth environments
- Built commercial operating systems (cadence, deal reviews, SLAs, forecasting)
- Strong hiring and coaching track record
- B2B experience and exposure to the US market
- Sound commercial judgement
