We're partnering with a growing, professional services business that is looking to welcome a friendly, organised and personable Receptionist to become the face of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a busy office environment. You'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors while supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative tasks.

The Role

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and suppliers, you'll ensure the office runs smoothly while providing professional front-of-house support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm and professional experience
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and preparing them for client meetings
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties and document preparation
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Ordering office supplies and helping to keep the office organised
  • Assisting with diary coordination and meeting arrangements where required
  • Providing support across the wider business as needed

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house or office administration role
  • Is confident, professional and enjoys interacting with people
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Can prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
  • Has a positive, proactive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
