As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across a wide range of business functions, working closely with hiring managers to identify, attract and secure high-calibre talent. You'll play a key role in developing recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience, strengthening the employer brand, and providing market insight to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas, managing vacancies from briefing through to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and advise on recruitment best practice.
- Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Produce regular recruitment reporting and hiring market insights for senior leadership.
- Support employer branding activities across LinkedIn, careers pages and recruitment events.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies where required, ensuring value for money.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ATS records.
- Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with employment legislation and internal governance requirements.
Previous in-house Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience within Financial Services, Professional Services or a regulated environment. Strong direct sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction methods. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence hiring managers. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
