We're hiring on behalf of a regulated fintech operating at the intersection of traditional payments and digital assets. FCA, MAS and FINTRAC licensed, with a product suite covering multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, FX and digital asset settlement. As the client base grows, so does the need for someone who can truly own and develop those relationships.

The Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, responsible for retention, growth and depth of engagement across your book. This is not a passive account management role. It's commercially focused, with real ownership of outcomes.
