We're hiring on behalf of a regulated fintech operating at the intersection of traditional payments and digital assets. FCA, MAS and FINTRAC licensed, with a product suite covering multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, FX and digital asset settlement.

This is not a passive account management role.

  • Proven experience in relationship management, account management or client success within financial services, fintech or payments.
  • A genuine understanding of the B2B financial services client and what they need from a payments partner.
  • Commercial instinct to identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging at senior and C-suite level.
  • Familiarity with payments infrastructure, FX or digital assets is a strong advantage.
  • Organised and data driven, with strong CRM discipline and a structured approach to client reviews.
