This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, award-winning wealth management business as their Marketing Manager. The firm has a strong reputation for integrity, innovation, and long-term client relationships, with over £1bn in assets under management and a network of offices across the Southeast.

The role is newly created, offering genuine scope to shape marketing strategy and drive brand-led growth. You will take the lead on direct-to-consumer (D2C) initiatives — developing engaging content, building brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads through a mix of digital and offline channels.

Working closely with senior leadership and international colleagues, you will help refine the firm’s positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with a high-net-worth audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of a content-driven marketing strategy across digital and offline platforms
  • Develop and optimise SEO and website performance to increase visibility and lead generation
  • Coordinate D2C marketing activities and campaigns to attract and engage the target audience
  • Use data and analytics to measure success and refine performance
  • Collaborate with external partners and an international marketing team to align campaigns and share best practices
  • Champion consistent brand voice across all client-facing materials
