Our client is an AI native regtech building the compliance layer for financial services. They are backed by tier 1 investors across the US, UK, EU and Asia, and despite being an early stage business are already working with some of the largest financial institutions in the UK and EU.
The role
This is a rare moment to be selling transformation into the enterprise. As organisations deploy AI across their operations, they are more open than ever to working with innovative young companies. Our client is looking for a senior commercial leader who has run consultative sales processes and understands how large organisations buy transformation, someone who can combine strategic insight, advisory and trusted relationships to shape how AI enters the enterprise. This hire will play a central role in building the UK GTM playbook, with the opportunity to build a team and scale into other markets.
What you will do
- Partner with the founders to build and execute the GTM playbook, from lead generation through to close
- Use your compliance subject matter expertise to run consultative, solution oriented sales processes with large financial institutions
- Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior compliance stakeholders, strengthening the company's credibility in the compliance community
- Design and execute innovative GTM initiatives to drive top of funnel growth
What we are looking for
- 5 to 10 years in compliance consulting within financial services, or an equivalent role combining compliance subject matter expertise with strong relationships across the space
- Deep understanding of how large financial institutions buy and implement transformation and technological change
- Proven track record of driving deals and long cycle relationships
- Ambitious and motivated to build and scale something from the ground up
