We believe in shipping fast, learning quickly, and building tools that advisers and clients actually love to use.

The Opportunity

  • Work directly with advisers and operations teams to understand needs and deliver solutions
  • Build responsive, intuitive frontends that non-technical users love
  • Develop robust APIs and backend services integrated with our internal and 3rd-party systems
  • Deploy containerized applications on AWS EKS with robust CI/CD pipelines
  • Balance “perfect” with “shipped” – knowing when good enough is exactly right
  • Contribute to technical decisions as we scale

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years commercial experience building production web applications
  • Proficient in Python backend development (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
  • Cloud technology experience (AWS preferred but happy with Azure and GCP experience)
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with data integration
  • Experience translating vague business requirements into working software
  • Track record of delivering projects on aggressive timelines
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
  • Financial services or wealth management background
  • Tableau or BI tool integration
  • dbt, Dagster, or modern data stack tools
  • Data: Apache Iceberg, dbt, Tableau

What We Offer

  • Clear project pipeline with high business impact
