Role Overview

The Transactions Assistant will support senior members of the transactions and investment team. This is a hands-on administrative role that requires excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior members of the transactions and investment team.
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
  • Organise business travel, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Maintain well-organised filing systems and ensure transaction documentation is kept up to date.
