Role Overview
The Transactions Assistant will support senior members of the transactions and investment team. This is a hands-on administrative role that requires excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior members of the transactions and investment team.
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate both internal and external meetings.
- Organise business travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes during key meetings.
- Maintain well-organised filing systems and ensure transaction documentation is kept up to date.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Asset Management, Investor Relations, European offices) and external stakeholders.
