As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Wolverhampton. What you'll be doing as a Business Development Manager:
- Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities across commercial and enterprise markets
- Building and nurturing relationships with high-level decision makers, including directors, facilities managers, and procurement leads
- Presenting tailored solutions spanning intruder alarms, fire alarm systems, and CCTV — from initial proposal through to contract negotiation and close
- Developing a robust pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets within an uncapped commission structure
- Representing the business at client meetings, site surveys, and industry events
- Collaborating with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a business development or senior sales role within the fire and security sector
- Strong technical knowledge across intruder alarm systems, fire alarm systems, and CCTV solutions
- A demonstrable track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- Confident and polished communicator, comfortable engaging at C-suite and board level
- Skilled negotiator with experience managing complex, high-value contracts
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
- Full UK driving licence — essential
