Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical projects and support the ongoing development of their team.

The Role

As Electrical Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing electrical works across multiple projects while ensuring compliance, quality, and safety standards are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and supporting a team of electricians
  • Managing electrical works across multiple sites and projects
  • Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and industry standards
  • Supporting NAPIT compliance and certification requirements
  • Planning labour, materials, and site requirements
  • Liaising with clients, site managers, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality, and health & safety
  • Conducting inspections and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Qualified Electrician status
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification
  • Previous experience supervising electricians or small teams
  • Strong understanding of electrical compliance and certification requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
