We are currently recruiting for two experienced fire door professionals to join a growing company working across London. There are two permanent vacancies available, with opportunities for candidates with experience in either FRA Carpentry or Fire Door Engineering. Vacancy 1 – FRA Carpenter We are looking for an experienced FRA Carpenter to carry out fire door installation, maintenance and remedial works across multiple sites in Yorkshire and further afield. You will be working primarily within social housing and occupied properties, ensuring all work is completed to the required FRA standards and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities: Installation, maintenance and remedial works to fire doors Carrying out fire door repairs and associated carpentry works Working across multiple sites throughout London Working within occupied social housing properties Ensuring all works meet relevant FRA standards and compliance requirements Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service Package includes: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum Full-time, 40 hours per week Door to door payment Company pension Sick pay Paid travel time Health and wellbeing benefits Vacancy 2 – Fire Door Engineer We are also looking for an experienced Fire Door Engineer to work across Yorkshire and further afield. This role will involve carrying out fire door surveys, installations and remedial works across a range of projects, including management agencies, healthcare and school environments. Key responsibilities: Conducting fire door surveys and inspections Installing fire doors and associated components Carrying out remedial and corrective works Working across a variety of commercial and public-sector environments Ensuring works are completed in line with IFC standards and relevant compliance requirements Providing a professional service while maintaining high standards of workmanship Package includes: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum + package Company van and fuel card Work throughout Yorkshire possibly further. Door to door payment.
