The Role
- Servicing and maintaining fire alarm and access control systems
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Completing small installation and remedial works
- Providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Working independently across a variety of commercial client sites
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' experience within the fire and security industry
- Proven experience servicing fire alarm and access control systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience carrying out small installation works
- Knowledge of PPM schedules and maintenance procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
