About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the electronic security industry for an experienced
Service Coordinator to join their Edinburgh office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll play a key role in coordinating engineers, managing customer service requests, supporting service operations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and support services.
Working closely with the Service Administration Supervisor and Service Manager, you'll be part of a collaborative team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
As Service Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Managing customer service requests and logging call-outs within the service management system.
Coordinating engineer attendance and ensuring all service calls are completed and accurately recorded.
Arranging remedial works, follow-up visits and equipment requirements.
Ensuring customers receive service reports following engineer visits.
Producing regular service reports and management information using Excel and Power Point.
Supporting the management of service contracts and maintaining accurate contract records.
Monitoring compliance reports and industry regulations.
