Our client, a well-established Fire & Security company based in Leeds, is looking to recruit a Trainee Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire or Security Engineer who is looking to come off the tools and transition into a sales-focused role, with full training and support provided.
The Role: This is a development role where you will be trained to:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide technical support and advice to clients
- Prepare proposals and quotations for fire and security solutions
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Fire & Security or Security Engineer
- Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, etc.)
- Good communication skills and an interest in sales
- Motivated to progress into a client-facing, commercial role
- Full UK driving licence
