The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior to join our London team. Working closely with the Middle Office Manager, you will receive ongoing, hands-on training and support the firm's daily operations. We are not looking for a candidate with advanced prior experience, but rather someone who is reliable, extremely precise, and eager to learn the operational processes of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Trade Support & AMC Management: Assist in the daily operational management of AMCs, including trade monitoring, reconciliations, and direct interaction with our institutional partners.
- Product Documentation: Create, format, and meticulously review product sheets, term sheets, and marketing materials for structured products (equity/credit derivatives) aimed at the Italian market.
- Data & Reporting: Perform accurate data entry, post-trade report checking, and monitor the office's operational workflows to ensure seamless execution.
- Onboarding & Setup: Support the Middle Office in the setup of new financial instruments and the maintenance of internal databases.
Mandatory Requirements
- Right to work in the UK: Candidates must hold a valid visa (e.g., Pre-Settled, Settled Status, or Graduate Visa). No sponsorship provided.
- Location: Must reside in London and be available to work from the office 3 to 5 days a week under a hybrid model.
- Languages: Native/C2 level in Italian and full professional proficiency in English.
- Academic Background: A degree in Economics, Finance, or a strictly related field is absolutely required.
- Experience: Entry-level (0-1 year). Over-qualified profiles will not be considered.
