Responsibilities
- Inspect products for sales and after-sales orders and accurately record the results.
- Configure transceiver modules according to order requirements using approved software and predefined codes.
- Print and apply product labels and package products according to company procedures.
- Process individual and batch returns, including counting products, checking information and completing system records.
- Complete order, coding and RMA transactions accurately in the company’s ERP system.
- Handle the necessary Q&A required for coding and RMA purposes.
- Perform the quarterly inventory check task.
- Work with Quality Control and other teams to investigate and resolve product issues.
- Participate in quarterly stock counts and carry out other reasonable duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Experience in a warehouse, production, electronics, quality inspection or RMA role is preferred.
- Comfortable using computers and able to learn product configuration and ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail with a careful, efficient and responsible approach.
- Good practical, organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- A qualification in electronics, telecommunications, computer science or a related subject would be an advantage.
