Franco Manca is seeking a People & Operations Co-ordinator in London (Soho) to support daily administration and coordination for restaurants and support teams. The role is full-time with a minimum of 4 office days per week, reporting to the People and Operations Manager.

You'll handle onboarding, maintain records, coordinate communication, and assist with meetings, trackers, and follow-ups. A positive, organised, hands-on individual with hospitality passion is desired.
