As our People & Operations Co-ordinator, you will support the People and Operations teams with the day-to-day administration, communication, and coordination that keeps our restaurants and support teams moving. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, so we are looking for someone organised, positive, and confident working with different people across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the People and Operations teams with administration, coordination, and day-to-day follow up.
  • Helping to keep people-related records, processes, and documents accurate and up to date.
  • Co-ordinating communication between Head Office, Operations, and our restaurants.
  • Supporting new starter onboarding activity where needed.
  • Assisting with meetings, notes, trackers, action points, and follow-up tasks.
  • Helping managers and teams with practical support, guidance, and information.
  • Working closely with different departments to make sure things are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Getting involved in projects that improve the way we support our people and restaurants.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone highly organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people at all levels.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach and the confidence to follow things through.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and comfortable using AI tools, systems and trackers.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a practical problem-solving mindset.
  • A passion for hospitality, restaurants, and supporting teams in a fast-paced environment.
