This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified AAT or ACCA studier to join a progressive, forward-thinking modern practice, working within their client services team in a busy and friendly office environment. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, the successful candidate will manage workflows of a small team, ensuring prompt delivery of work accurately and on budget in line with customer guarantees. Responsibilities Include: Management, development and coaching of junior staff within your team. Manage your own portfolio of clients ensuring quality of service and expert advice. Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies Preparation of corporation and personal tax returns Undertake initial file reviews for your team for technical accuracy and completeness prior to being reviewed by the Client Services Manager and/or Client Services Director. Carrying out analytical reviews for clients and conduct client review meetings to assist clients to interpreting and making sense of their financial data. Promote the Practice and recommend additional value-added services to clients. Manage own daily workloads. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years previous experience working in a Practice environment. Qualified AAT or ACA/ACCA (or part qualified ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience) Excellent technical knowledge of current Financial Reporting Standards Experience delivering excellent service to clients Ability to work on own initiative unsupervised. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills written and verbal.
