FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an amazing Charity Organisation in Oxford to assist with their recruitment of a HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment experience who is looking to transition into a broader HR role while continuing to utilise their talent acquisition skills. This position will initially have a strong focus on recruitment and hiring activities, with full support, training, and development to build knowledge across wider HR functions over time. Our client is looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a long-term career within HR.
As HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities while gradually developing your HR knowledge and responsibilities. Initially, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment activities from vacancy briefing through to offer stage
- Writing and posting job adverts across multiple platforms
- Screening CVs and supporting candidate selection processes
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting hiring managers with recruitment activities
- Building candidate pipelines and talent pools
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
