Global Head of FP A Transformation – London, Wandsworth - £100,000 to £110,000 per year plus 25% bonus - Hybrid
FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a global hospitality business to assist with their recruitment of a commercially focused Global Head of FP A Transformation to lead financial planning, performance management, and data driven decision making across a growing international business. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will build and lead a high performing FP A function while driving finance transformation through improved systems, reporting, automation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis.
- Develop financial models, scenario planning, and investment appraisal frameworks.
- Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic growth and decision-making.
- Drive finance transformation, including reporting, BI, automation, and data governance improvements.
- Build and lead a high-performing FP A and analytics team.
- Partner with finance, operations, commercial teams, and technology stakeholders to improve business performance.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant FP A leadership experience within a multi-site or international environment.
