FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an award winning Consultancy to assist with their recruitment of a SC cleared Service Manager to join their team on a long term defence programme. The successful candidate will be able to begin work between now and the first week in January 2026, hold transferable SC clearance and be happy on-site 2 / 3 days per week in Corsham.
Requirements:
- ITIL Foundation Level qualified
- Experience implementing ITIL based practices (Incident, Problem etc)
- Demonstrable experience working within an ITSM environment using the ITIL framework
- Knowledge of ITSM governance, e.g. Change Advisory Boards (CABs)
- Demonstrable experience with ITSM tooling
- Experience delivering Continual Service Improvement
- Understanding of customer management / service experience
- Excellent stakeholder management
- The suitable candidate must hold valid SC or DV Security Clearance
