Client Success Manager – R&D Tax - London / Hybrid - Up to £45k We are working with a fast-growing, technology-led professional services business that specialises in helping UK companies access R&D tax relief They are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients, manage the end-to-end delivery process and build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will guide them through the R&D tax claim process, understand their objectives and ensure they receive maximum value from the serv ice. Managing a portfolio of clients through the full R&D tax claim process• Building trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders Creating tailored account and client successplans Driving client retention and identifying opportunities for growth Providing technical support relating to R&D tax relief Ensuring projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timescales Working closely with sales, marketing and technical teams to improve the client experience Previous experience within the R&D tax industry. A background in professional services, client success or account management. Strong knowledge of R&D tax regulations and the claims process Experience developing and delivering client projects. Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
