We’re working with a well-established, high-end property business in Virginia Water who are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to take ownership of their finance function. This is a hands-on role with real variety – ideal for someone who enjoys being across both client accounts and office accounts, and wants to play a key role in a growing, busy environment.

The Role

  • You'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations across the business, including:
  • Managing rent receipts, landlord payments, and client accounts
  • Full bank reconciliations and deposit tracking
  • Overseeing creditors, invoicing, and commission processing
  • Producing monthly reports, P&L, and cashflow
  • Managing payroll, VAT returns, and HMRC submissions
  • Supporting year-end and external accountants
  • Maintaining accurate records across systems including Xero and Veco

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in a similar accounts/finance manager role
  • Ideally from a property, lettings, or client money environment
  • Confident managing end-to-end finance processes
  • Comfortable working in a standalone or small team setup
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
