We’re working with a well-established, high-end property business in Virginia Water who are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to take ownership of their finance function. This is a hands-on role with real variety — ideal for someone who enjoys being across both client accounts and office accounts, and wants to play a key role in a growing, busy environment.
The Role: You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day finance operations across the business, including:
- Managing rent receipts, landlord payments, and client accounts
- Full bank reconciliations and deposit tracking
- Overseeing creditors, invoicing, and commission processing
- Producing monthly reports, P&L, and cashflow
- Managing payroll, VAT returns, and HMRC submissions
- Supporting year-end and external accountants
- Maintaining accurate records across systems including Xero and Veco
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in a similar accounts / finance manager role
- Ideally from a property, lettings, or client money environment
- Confident managing end-to-end finance processes
- Comfortable working in a standalone or small team setup
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
