A high-growth UK R&D tax specialist is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented R&D Tax Consultant to join their team. This is a financially focused role with a strong emphasis on cost reviews, eligibility assessments, and clear technical report writing to support high-quality R&D tax credit claims.
The Role
You will play a key part in delivering end-to-end R&D tax claims, ensuring submissions are robust, compliant and well-supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive cost reviews, including financial and eligibility assessments
- Providing R&D tax insight to both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Drafting and reviewing Technical Narratives to support claims
- Preparing and reviewing full submission packs for accuracy and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- R&D tax experience preferred but not essential - fast learners encouraged
- Strong ability to write clearly and effectively (essential)
- Proactive mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfortable handling both financial analysis and technical narrative/reporting
