A global hospitality business is seeking a commercially focused Global Head of FP&A & Transformation to lead financial planning, performance management, and data-driven decision making across a growing international business. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will build and lead a high-performing FP&A function while driving finance transformation through improved systems, reporting, automation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance analysis.
- Develop financial models, scenario planning, and investment appraisal frameworks.
- Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic growth and decision-making.
- Drive finance transformation, including reporting, BI, automation, and data governance improvements.
- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and analytics team.
- Partner with finance, operations, commercial teams, and technology stakeholders to improve business performance.
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant FP&A leadership experience within a multi-site or international business.
- Proven experience leading finance, systems, or data transformation projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience with BI, planning, and reporting tools.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
