FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a market leading professional service provider in Newbury, Berkshire, to assist with their recruitment of a Finance Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial planning cycle and financial and management reporting, working closely with shareholders and reporting to the Finance Business Partner.
This is a new role in the business due to a period of sustained growth and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, can work on their own and as part of a team, holds excellent communication skills and is looking to join a fast-paced and growing business.
Responsibilities:- Supporting the FBP in preparing weekly and monthly reports using in-house systems and Excel.
- Reviewing and analysing financial information, investigating anomalies and providing explanations on variances that have occurred against budget.
- Analysing monthly results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvements.
- Involved in budget process and forecasting cycles.
- Assisting members of the finance team throughout the month in ad hoc reporting.
- Developing automated solutions to improve transaction processing.
- CIMA / ACCA qualification.
