German Speaking Accounts Receivable Clerk -12 Month Fixed Term Contract- Frimley, Surrey - £30,000 - £32,000 + benefits. - (Hybrid 4 days in the office)

FryerMiles are delighted to be partnering with an industry leading FMCG shared service centre in Frimley. We are on the search for an experienced German speaking Accounts Receivable Clerk to join the business on a 12 Month fixed term contract.

The duties of the Accounts Receivable Clerk role include:

  • Develop, maintain and improve relationships with internal and external customers to ensure timely cash receipt, allocation and query resolution.
  • Manage the customer rebates and promotional invoices, ensuring customers invoices are validated with the accruals tracker and processed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough investigation of price and logistics claims.
  • Manage the creation of long-term agreements, avoiding non-approved expenditure.
  • Monthly reconciliation of the subsystem (TSM) to SAP GL accounts and month end reporting.

The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk will:

  • Be fluent in German and English both written and verbal
  • Have good experience in an accounting environment or accounts receivable
  • Previous experience in Business to Business claims within a service centre or a back-office environment.
  • Strong Excel skills with good analytical and numerical skills
