CRM Assistant in Reading

CRM Assistant – Silchester- On – Site – £40,000 to £55,000 per year

FryerMiles are delighted to be working with a leading Technology company to assist with their recruitment of a CRM Consultant. The successful candidate will provide excellent understanding of building and implementing management systems. This role will be a full-time position based out of their Silchester office.

Specific responsibilities include:

• Design and implement CRM solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system.
• Provide support on system architecture for CRM deployment.
• Maintain system configuration and user guides.
• Assisting company strategies, team goals and meeting project deadlines.
• Support new technologies with the commercial team.
• Resolve any issues via phone and email in a timely manner.

Experience/Qualification:

• 3+ years proven experience in a customer facing CRM consultant role.
• Solve business problems with technology
• Recent experience of working for an MSP
• Full process of requirements, specification and delivery to clients\’ expectations.
• Writing technical and project documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
