FryerMiles are delighted to be working with an award winning Consultancy to assist with their recruitment of an experienced Change Manager to support a high profile Defence programme based in Corsham. This role requires active SC Clearance and offers a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week onsite.

You will lead change management activity across the programme, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and smooth delivery across multiple workstreams and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage change management artefacts aligned to CMID-DLODs
  • Provide expertise on required change management documentation and governance
  • Manage stakeholders across client teams and external suppliers
  • Coordinate activity between live operational teams, ensuring clear and effective communications
  • Support programme management to maintain momentum and delivery milestones
  • Own deliverables relating to benefits management, including review and tracking of business case benefits
Required Experience:
  • Proven Change Management experience within Defence or secure government environments
  • Strong understanding of CM governance, artefacts, and delivery frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
