FryerMiles are delighted to be recruiting a Finance Business Partner on behalf of a fast-growing technology-led organisation at the forefront of digital infrastructure and emerging technologies. The organisation builds and scales multiple ventures and is backed by significant investment, offering a highly commercial and intellectually stimulating environment.
This role partners closely with senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge decision-making, and translate strategy into robust financial plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and functional leaders to support planning, prioritisation and commercial decisions
- Deliver clear financial insight on performance, risks and opportunities
- Support business cases, investment proposals and scenario modelling
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and periodic re-forecasting for assigned areas
- Produce management reporting with variance analysis and actionable commentary
- Support cash flow, runway planning and capital allocation decisions
- Embed strong financial discipline and governance across the business
About You
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Commercial Finance
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets modelling skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- High attention to detail and strong commercial judgement
- Desirable: Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Exposure to technology-led, high-growth or investment-backed environments
- Interest in emerging technologies or digital assets
