Then now is a great time to start your career in recruitment. Due to 2025 growth plans, we are currently recruiting for Graduate/Trainee level Recruitment Consultants to work in Maidenhead. You do not need recruitment or sales experience, if you possess the right qualities, attitude and work ethic, you will be trained and developed to succeed within a proactive, competitive and fun team environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a natural communicator and can develop long term relationships with clients and candidates alike. A desire to succeed, high level of self-motivation, a competitive nature, and an ability to think on your feet are required; the rest will be trained by experts in the industry.
